Cawley enveloped the property in a lush garden featuring native Florida foliage, seamlessly integrating the residence with its tropical surroundings. The design enhances the home’s indoor/outdoor relationship, complementing its expansive decked terraces, swimming pool, and rooftop lounge. The green garden not only adds aesthetic value but also reinforces the home’s connection to Miami’s natural landscape, making it a vibrant and inviting space for outdoor living. Mayfair Hotel & Garden has been recognized by Travel + Leisure, as a 2023 IT List Winner. CCLA has been very fortunate to be apart of this project and work along side Goodrich NYC and DNA Design & Architecture.
