Constructed in the early 30’s, this Residence is located on a prominent corner in the heart of Coral Gables. CCLA collaborated with the Owners to reinvision the existing gardens and capture the beauty of the landscape while providing screening from the adjacent golf course. The new landscape design features a cast stone ellipse and formal lawn area, natural keystone paving, rare palms, and specimen Bridal Veil trees.

Rare Palms and tropical accents reinforce the natural keystone walkway and Residence Entry, while Evergreen shrubs and groundcovers reinforce the overall garden geometry. Historic Bougainvillea vines are being retrained to accentuate the Residence and provide color in the winter months.
