The design enhances the home’s indoor/outdoor relationship, complementing its expansive decked terraces, swimming pool, and rooftop lounge. Mayfair Hotel & Garden has been recognized by Travel + Leisure, as a 2023 IT List Winner. CCLA has been very fortunate to be apart of this project and work along side Goodrich NYC and DNA Design & Architecture. The Hohauser Approved by Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board

City of Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board has recently approved the Hohauser as designed by Studio Mc+G Architecture and being developed by Crescent Heights. CCLA has been very fortunate to be apart of this project which will feature a lush interior courtyard garden that will serve as the focal point of the new Hotel.
