City of Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board has recently approved the Hohauser as designed by Studio Mc+G Architecture and being developed by Crescent Heights. CCLA has been very fortunate to be apart of this project which will feature a lush interior courtyard garden that will serve as the focal point of the new Hotel.
