Located on Star Island, this contemporary estate blends seamlessly with a landscape that flows from the ground level to a series of raised gardens that are completely integrated with the Architecture. Towering canopy trees and stunning tropical plantings accentuate the landscape design, and a wide open bayside garden offers spectacular vistas to South Beach and beyond.

Native Gumbo Limbo trees were hand selected to create a new grove and hammock in the autocourt, while existing Strangler Figs were protected and preserved throughout the property and integrated within the overall landscape design. 

The interior atrium features a specimen flowering tree and tropical plantings, and offers numerous vistas to the upper level rooftop gardens.
